CLIENT SERVICES ADMIN (£20 000 - £22 000pa depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a full time Client Services Administrator to assist in managing a large portfolio of contractors, frequently liaising with agencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. A high standard of data entry accuracy, a confident telephone manner and attention to detail is essential. They will have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and enjoy being part of a busy, dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- at least one year administrative experience, ideally in a customer service role
- demonstrated the ability to learn quickly
- exceptional attention to detail and an instinctive willingness to take ownership and resolve issues
- advanced organisational skills, and be able to multitask efficiently
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service focused individual with very good people skills
- solid desktop skills
- enjoys operating in an environment of constant change and growth
Duties will include…
- First point of contact for all email and phone queries from clients
- Assisting both the New Business Team and Operations Team as required
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients, agencies and business affiliates
- Induction process of new clients
- Monitoring and updating of current client contracts
- Database maintenance
- Assisting with Client Service and Marketing events
- Generation and formatting of client reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required
- Reception back-up
It will be an advantage if you have experience within any of the following areas:
- Contracting
- Recruitment
- Financial Services
